The Bateau 25, the largest model in our Bateau fleet, can handle heavy loads with the same ease of maintenance and shallow water running ability. While still designed for the sound, the boat can go near-shore or ocean-side on nicer days. T-Tops are often added to the Bateau 25 for extended days on the water.
The Barge – There is no polite way to put this – the Bateau 25 is large. It’s ability to move heavier loads of equipment and larger groups of people make it a favorite for commercial outfitters and extended families. In 2013, the boat received a Coast Guard certification to be used as a passenger Ferry – a testament to its strength and safety.

Jones Brothers exclusively uses Yamaha engines and accessories when rigging boats. The following engines are available on the Bateau 25:
